The starting salary is £22,571 (Level One) rising to £23,953 (Level Two) on the first year anniversary, subject to satisfactory completion of a probation period. Salary is based on a 37 hours a week annualised contract.

The Theatre Royal and Royal Concert Hall (TRCH) present one of the most exciting and diverse performing arts programmes in the UK. We're looking for ambitious and motivated Technicians to join our busy team, helping to manage the safe and efficient set-up, operation and get-out of shows and events at TRCH. You'll relish the opportunity of working on a range of shows, from touring West End musicals, major rock and pop acts, top comedians to the world's finest orchestras. Thriving in a fast paced environment you'll make sure that we deliver a great service to all our visiting companies.
    
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
 
  • A minimum of 1 years’ experience of delivering technical assistance within a presenting or producing theatre.
  • Experience of supervising casual staff and assisting visiting companies.
  • Ability to fly a show and operate stage cues.
  • Ability to operate a lighting board and/or sound desk.
  • An understanding of the health and safety requirements of technical theatre
    
The closing date is 29 May with interview held on 9 June.
