We are looking for a dedicated, hardworking person with a cheerful personality to join our governing body at Long Clawson CofE Primary School in order to accurately clerk meetings.
We are a small, friendly school with 80 pupils on roll. We all work hard as a team to provide a safe and happy working environment for both children and staff.
The post is a part time position to clerk 5 full governing body meetings a year and with the potential to clerk additional meetings where necessary (approximately 2 hours per meeting + negotiated admin time).
We are looking to appoint a highly motivated, efficient and well organised individual with excellent communication skills to work in the role of Clerk to Governors. The main duties of the post will include producing agendas and minutes to a consistently high standard, maintaining records of governing body business and provide advice to the governing body about governance, procedural matters and governor training.
Overtime will be paid for any additional meetings that may be required outside of the normal planned meetings.
