Salary Range: Grade 6 - £19,173-£19,544 Pro Rata

Posts available are for 37 and 30 hour contracts.

The successful candidates will be responsible for providing high quality direct care and support across The Trees; Community Life Choices, Residential and Short Stay services.                           
As a  Support Worker you will be expected to promote  a culture and environment that enables our service users to have choice and control where they are able. You will be responsible for developing maintaining and following care plans which look at an individual in a person-centred way, meeting emotional, physical, health, cultural and social needs. Reaching the standards set out by LCC and CQC.               
• Able to work between the hours of 7am and 10pm on a rota basis
• Able to work weekends and bank holidays
• Have good Communication skills
• Be able to work as part of a team or under own initiative
• Ability to Move and Handle Clients (training to be provided)
• Able to administer medication (training to be provided)
• Develop and plan activities
• Complete support plans and case records to a high standard.
• Develop and maintain good working relationships with Service Users and Stake holders.
