We are looking for an enthusiastic, passionate and creative person, to join our small team to provide a comprehensive Learning & Organisational Development service to a range of customers, including internal/external stakeholders and partners, ensuring that the service provided is focused on delivering innovative business solutions.
  
This is a generic Learning & Development Advisor's post for services provided to the Children & Families social care sector.
  
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
• Relevant degree or professional /management qualification in social care or relevant and significant operational experience at the level equivalent to the above qualification
• Demonstrable experience of having successfully delivered Learning & Development within a complex organisation
• Proven experience of delivering effective Learning & Development services to deadline
• Evidence of having supported the formulations of specialist Learning & Development advice within a complex organisation
• Proven ability to deliver a wide range of projects/tasks on time and within budget
• Advising customers on Learning & Development issues, such as workforce planning
• Writing and presenting reports on various Learning & Development and operational/service subject
