Starting salary is £17772 (pro rata) rising to £18746 (pro rata) on first year anniversary, subject to satisfactory completion of a probation period.

An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Community Protection Department, a joint partnership of Nottingham City Council and Nottinghamshire Police, set up to tackle antisocial behaviour and environmental crime in Nottingham. Our vision is simple – to create a safe and clean environment in every one of the city’s neighbourhoods. For this role you will need to pass and maintain Nottingham Police NPPV vetting level 2.  
As part of the Directorate Support team no day will be the same, working in this friendly and very busy administration team.  This is an excellent opportunity for a team player with a flexible and motivated approach to working.  The main responsibility is to organise training course and events for colleagues across the Community Protection directorate.
  • Experience of undertaking a range of office duties
  • Ability to work flexibly and with minimal supervision, planning and prioritising own workload
  • Ability to develop and maintain effective and efficient administrative systems.
