We are looking for a highly motivated and conscientious individual to join our friendly team. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your data analytical skills, report building/writing skills, and project management skills.
You will be responsible for the development and co-ordination of the Health and Wellbeing Board’s Communication and Engagement Strategy, ensuring involvement from residents and communities is meaningful and influences the priorities and decisions of the Board.
You will have the opportunity to work with a range of partners and stakeholders to deliver qualitative evaluation with the local population to understand local priorities and progress against the Joint Health and Wellbeing Strategy priorities.  
You will play a key role in supporting the Health and Wellbeing Manager by managing a range of administrative and business support functions on a range of programmes and projects to improve the health and wellbeing of Leicestershire and reduce health inequalities. This will include communications and engagement activity planning, tracking and logging.

  • Educated to NVQ4 level in Project Management/Business Admin or equivalent, or appropriate experience to this level.

  • Strong communication skills

  • Good working knowledge of communication and engagement approaches, including the use of social media and other engagement platforms

  • Experience in collecting and using data to support decision making

  • Analysing data to produce reports from which your findings are presented to a variety of different audiences
  • Experience of working in a partnership or multi-agency setting
