We wish to recruit an efficient, highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our busy and exciting Adult Learning Business Support team based in Melton Mowbray.
The role is to provide an effective and comprehensive administrative business support service to the East of the county, whilst maintaining a high quality, responsive customer service for learners, tutors, centre staff and the general public across Leicestershire.
We provide support to a wide range of Adult Learning classes which includes a variety of both classroom based and online course provision.
Contract Type: Permanent -1 x 0.35 FTE.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
- NVQ level 2 qualification in a relevant subject, or an equivalent level of experience relevant to the post.
- Experience in using MS Office including Outlook, Word and Excel to a high standard.
- An ability to work with a variety of colleagues and learners from differing backgrounds.
- To assist in the maintenance of curriculum and learner records, assist fully with the enrolment and accreditation procedures where needed.
- Processing documentation eg: invoices, orders, timesheets by inputting information, checking for completeness and/or errors, processing routine queries as required.
- To be willing to travel and work from the other bases within the locality as and when required.
