Receptionist – 30 Hours per week
Grade 4 (£18,889.00 - £19,078.00) Pro Rata
Actual Salary - £13,046.14
Permanent & Term Time (39 weeks per year)
8.30 a.m. – 3.00 p.m.
 
We are looking to appoint a Receptionist as soon as possible to join our administration team.
The successful receptionist will have previous experience working in a similar role.
Candidates must have excellent communication skills, be charismatic and approachable.
Experience of IT packages and a good understanding of general IT including Microsoft packages is essential.
 
Main duties to include:
 
•    To be the first point of contact for parents, visitors and contractors to the school.  Providing a welcoming and efficient service; and to undertake basic clerical duties in a professional manner to support the smooth running of the main office.
•    To undertake all duties of communication within school including telephone calls, emails and parent communication platforms (Class Dojo and Parent Pay)
•    To ensure documentation is filed and maintained in accordance with school policies and procedures
•    To ensure documentation required is produced to a high standard and produced within a timely manner
•    To assist the school Administrator, Office Manager and Senior Leadership Team with appropriate administration tasks as requested
