Due to internal reorganisation we are seeking an Examinations Officer to support the Data Manager.  The Examinations Officer is responsible for the administration and organisation of all aspects of examinations and tests throughout the school. The role will involve examination administration, leading and co-ordinating a team of invigilators, working with exam bodies and analysing data.
 
The post-holder will work closely with the Data Manager and the senior leadership team to ensure the efficient and effective process of examination entry through to results management, ensuring compliance with Examination Board and school policies, procedures and timescales and be the first point of contact for key staff within school regards examinations. This is an important role within Maplewell School and so we are looking to appoint someone who is flexible, pro-active and well organised.
 
Start date: ASAP
Contract: 37 hours per week, 42 weeks
Salary: Grade 9, point 19.  Actual salary in the region of £23,595 (£25,932 full time equivalent per annum).

Maplewell Hall is a highly subscribed special school for students with moderate learning difficulties, specialising in Autism our students are aged between 11 – 19 years.  We have 300 students on roll, which includes our MAP (Maplewell Autism Provision) and our Post 16 Site, based in Loughborough.
 
Our MAP department supports and provides learning for students with high functioning Autism and is designed for students to reach and achieve their full potential, whilst our Post 16 Site aims to provide all our students with a pathway to either employability or further education.
