Grade 12 Salary £37,356 - £41,202 (FTE).
 
Stonebow Primary School is seeking to appoint a School Business Manager to lead, inspire and support our office team. With proven experience in developing strategies to improve efficiencies and drive continuous improvement, the successful candidate will be commercially focussed with a sympathetic understanding of the needs of a progressive academy. Hours of work are 28 hrs per week (over 4/5 days).
 
41 weeks per year (term-time + 3 weeks).
Start date as soon as possible.

Do you have:
 
  • Excellent organisation and strategic management skills with an ability to work at all levels.
  • The ability to build effective working relationships with governors, school staff, parents and the office team.
  • Experience of school budget setting and monitoring.
  • Excellent communication skills and a team player with a positive approach.
  • The ability to lead, operate, maintain and develop the financial procedures and systems of the school in co-operation with Senior Leaders and Governors.
