Are you an inspirational and dynamic person, ready to embrace a new challenge, working in the top school in Leicestershire? Are you passionate about enabling children to have the best education, to reach their full potential and do you enjoy making a difference? If so, keep reading.
Manor High School is an exceptional 11-16 school based in Oadby, Leicestershire, top for GCSE progress in 2019 in Leicestershire and in the top 1% nationally.  This exceptional achievement has been achieved through the hard-work and dedication of all our staff.  With around 900 students we benefit from a culturally diverse population and a body of students who are well-motivated, with very high aspirations.
Our school revolves around our four core values: Excellence, Inspiration, Resilience and Respect. These are reflected by staff and students in all that we do and all that we are and you will find our students are eager to learn and who share our passion for education.
We are looking for a new team player to join our Business Support Team.  The Business and Marketing Officer is a newly created role requiring a creative person, keen to be a champion of excellence within the education sector.  The role is varied and will require a positive, can-do attitude, and someone who is passionate about their work and excited to inspire others.
You will work closely with the School Business Manager and Operations Manager to provide support services that deliver and meet the needs of the school.  You must be a professional communicator, able to support good relations with the community and create strong networks and collaboration with stakeholders. You must be able to apply the principles of effective marketing across various channels to continue to build our reputation and to ensure a full, viable and accessible school.  You will have good data skills and have a high-level of attention to detail. You will apply these skills to administrative and HR support, facilitating the very best educational and business outcomes.
We value you and the OAK benefits package includes the following benefits for employees:
•    Lifestyle savings
•    Employee Assistance Programme
•    Salary Sacrifice Schemes
•    Eye test voucher
•    Free on-site parking
•    Professional learning and development, through CPD with opportunities to progress within the OAK Trust schools.
If you are an innovative individual who strives for excellence, we would like to hear from you.
