We are looking for someone to join a small team to provide democratic services for the Environment and Transport department. You’ll be confident working with senior managers, work well under pressure and have great attention to detail. You’ll enjoy working in a fast-moving environment where you’ll administer the department’s Member and Committee processes, co-ordinate governance arrangements and manage Freedom of Information requests. ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
Experience of:
- Organising tasks to competing deadlines
- Using Microsoft Office packages to a high standard
- Maintaining manual and electronic records, inventories and plans
- Working effectively as part of a team
