We are looking for a dynamic, friendly person to work closely with the Post 16 Senior Team Link, the Head of Post 16 and the Post 16 Team, to ensure that all students have access to the support they may need.
We are seeking someone who can inspire, challenge and motivate our Post 16 students, as well as promoting our school values at all times.
The successful candidate will be able to:
•    Promote the highest standards of behaviour and attitude to learning amongst the body of Post 16 students in line with the whole campus culture
•    Support and guide Post 16 students who are underachieving to develop skills and techniques to help them meet their targets
•    Monitor the academic progress of students in Year 12 and 13 and implement strategies, e.g. coaching and mentoring, to enable academic progress to be made.
