We are seeking someone for a new and developing role who is passionate about community use of school facilities. You will help to develop and maximise community use of LiFE MAT school facilities and manage this provision moving forwards to ensure that it meets the needs of LiFE MAT schools and the local communities that they serve.
     
You will have oversight of lettings and will work closely with the Facilities and Programmes Lead post holder to grow facility use and ensure high quality customer service. You will lead on the development of a new Lettings Marketing and Communications Strategy to increase usage of facilities and develop awareness of community use of school sites. You will support new facility development and ensure that new community use programmes are smoothly integrated into the Lettings programme and are financially viable.
       
You will possess excellent people management, marketing and administrative skills. An understanding of quality assurance and experience of delivering high quality services to internal and external customers is essential for the role.

You will be working with a team of staff that support the day to day lettings operations across Trust school sites 49 weeks of the year, seven days a week. You will be supported with a thorough induction and training programme, with visits taking place to each of the Trust schools to help with familiarisation of school sites and to get to know the staff that you will be working with. The successful candidate will be a team player who can contribute to a friendly and supportive working environment.
