Projects Lead

We are seeking an experienced project team lead with expertise in working with stakeholders (internal and external) and a track record in implementing change. This exciting and challenging role will be involved across all areas of ESPO, leading on a variety of different and complex projects that will help improve and develop our service to customers and help to transform the way that we work .The role also involves the leadership and direction of our customer facing furniture and equipment project function.

What you will do:

  • Manage assigned projects and deliver the agreed outcomes within timescales and budgets
  • Produce and present relevant project updates to various boards and teams
  • Identify, analyse and plan actions to communicate and engage with all key project stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of the project
  • Lead and manage the development of our customer facing furniture and equipment (F&E) project team.

To be successful you will have experience of managing significant and demanding projects successfully; motivating staff and outside organisations to support change; and negotiating and communicating with a range of key stakeholders. You will also have a deep understanding of project management methodology and knowledge of how to produce complex and statistical reports with detailed analysis.
