JOB PURPOSE:
Overseeing the management of all school ABA programmes; these can include EIBI programmes and programmes designed to increase expected & reduce unexpected behaviours, delivering high quality ABA teaching as part of a team working directly with children & young people with autism

 
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Education to GCSE standard at grades A-C for a minimum of 5 GCSEs  including English and Mathematics
  • Psychology, Education or related degree ESSENTIAL and needs an MSc in ABA and has or is working towards Board Certification in Behaviour Analysis (BCBA)
  • Self-motivated with drive and enthusiasm to work as part of a team
  • Effective and efficient verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deal with staff at all levels and the public
  • Able to plan, organise and prioritise individual work, tasks and projects
  • Team player, adaptable and flexible, able to work on own initiative under pressure.
  • Current full driving licence
  • Willing and able to provide a vehicle for use on Council business
