Lionheart Educational Trust is looking for an outstanding finance professional to lead a team of finance partners; delivering insightful financial reporting and management. The right candidate will hold a professional finance qualification and will be passionate about building collaborative relationships across the Trust.
 
This is an exciting opportunity to join a centralised finance team using well-honed systems and processes to deliver a high-quality, proactive and responsive service.

The Trust is looking to make a senior appointment to its finance team and is recruiting a Senior Finance Partner. The post will be based out of Beauchamp City Sixth Form in the heart of Leicester (though the post will also involve working at schools within the Trust). The Senior Finance Partner will be responsible for the financial management and reporting of schools for four of its secondary schools and will also play a key role in statutory reporting, working alongside the Financial Controller and the other Senior Finance Partners. The new postholder will manage two experienced Finance Partners.
 
You will be a talented team player with a proven track record of delivering results by providing clear leadership and direction.  You will have extensive experience of leadership, delivering excellent customer service and implementing best practice.  If you are not afraid to push boundaries, we would like you to consider joining our community.
