Fairfield Community Primary School are looking to appoint a highly experienced, enthusiastic and confident Pre-School Manager to lead our new Pre-School setting for 2, 3 and 4 year olds. Situated in a bespoke building, our Pre-School will have dedicated staff who are committed to providing high-quality care and education for pre-school children. The ideal candidate will be someone with the commitment and skills to lead and support the staff team, with effective communication and motivation skills. If you have a sound knowledge of the legislative and education EYFS framework, understand teamwork and the day to day needs of a setting, and you are looking for a new and exciting opportunity, then we would love to hear from you. The Nursery Manager will be well supported by our Early Years Leader and Head Teacher.

Our new Pre-School Manager will:
 
•    Drive and deliver the highest standards of care throughout the Pre-School, ensuring that throughout the provision, there is a commitment to the values and high expectations of our school
•    Lead the team in the planning and development of an inspiring and creative environment, which works in harmony with, and supports the curriculum expectation of the school, ensuring the requirements of the EYFS framework is met
•    Develop positive relationships with parents and carers ensuring all staff role model effective conduct, speech and written communication
