We are seeking an outstanding Office Manager who is confident, friendly and flexible to work in, and lead, our busy school office. The successful candidate will be hardworking, willing and enjoy interacting with our children, visitors and colleagues.
The main responsibilities of this role are to provide effective administrative support, undertake various financial duties and supervise the Admin team. You will work closely with the School Business Manager. The ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision is essential.
You will be working 35 hours per week x 40 weeks: 8.15am to 15.45pm Monday to Friday during term time (38 weeks) plus 2 weeks of home working during the school holidays as required.
The successful candidate will:
• Be an effective communicator and have a calm, confidential professional manner and appearance
• Have previous administration and financial experience
• Have excellent IT skills and a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Be able to work under pressure, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
• Be reliable, flexible and punctual
