The starting salary is £34,373 (Level One) rising to £36,371 (Level Two) on the first year anniversary, subject to satisfactory completion of a probation period (pro rata for part time workers).

In the role of Quantity Surveyor we are looking for a motivated enthusiastic individual to manage all commercial aspects of various projects ranging from feasibility studies, tender evaluation as well as commercial support to the Project Manager during the pre-construction and construction phase.
 
You will be working with both JCT and NEC forms of contact so an understanding of these will be a key requirement for this role.
