The starting salary is £20,043 (Level One) rising to £20,852 (Level Two) on the first year anniversary, subject to satisfactory completion of a probation period (pro rata for part time workers).

We are seeking to recruit to the position of a full time Facilities Officer based at the Eastcroft Depot but attending sites throughout the city fulfilling your role.  This is a fast paced role providing support to the current facilities team with duties such as minor projects, Building compliance checks, support to other teams, reporting repairs and handyperson duties.


ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS: 

  • To undertake compliance checks to buildings (Hot and Cold water services, asbestos, emergency lighting, emergency call-points)
  • Complete a list of responsive tasks which come through daily
  • Have a full UK Driving Licence
