Ash Field Academy is an all age, all ability special school for pupils with complex physical, medical and learning needs.  We are looking to appoint an inspirational and ambitious person to join our dynamic staff team.
 

We have a vacancy for the following position:
 

Communication Facilitator – 32.5 hours per week.

Start date Thursday 25th August 2022
 

We are looking for an experienced TA/HLTA who is keen to develop their skills to effectively support the pupils with their communication needs.
 

32.5 hours per week for 38 weeks per year (Mon.-Fri term time only)  plus 30 hours training.
 

Permanent position subject to satisfactory completion of a 12-month probationary period.
 

Actual salary: AFAT pt 4 £18,171 or AFAT pt 5 £19,282 (for those with HLTA status).

Appointment will be subject to Ash Field Academy Trust pay and conditions.
