We’re looking for a motivated and experienced administrator/coordinator to join our Development and Change team, who can provide a high level of support to help us deliver our workforce development and change programmes.
 
You will be joining a team that has a key role to play in the culture change happening at Nottingham City Council as part of our Together for Nottingham plan and be responsible for providing essential business support to Facilitators, Consultants and Managers to help deliver our Leadership and Colleague workforce development.
  
This is an interesting and varied role and as one of our senior coordinators involves:
  • Being the first point of contact for our customers
  • Using the Learning Management System to manage administration of courses and workshops
  • Finance management: processing payments, invoices and supporting the Manager to monitor income and expenditure
  • Provision and analysis of management information to inform quarterly reporting, evaluation and driving change through engagement with learning.
  • Providing business support to the Development and Change Manager and Head of Service as required
  • Supporting the delivery of the internal comms and engagement function

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • Communicate effectively with people at all levels by telephone, face to face and in writing, with diplomacy and being sensitive to the needs of others.
  • Experience of undertaking a wide range of office and business support activities, in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Experience of planning and organising own workload to meet deadlines and be able to work flexibly in a pressured environment.
  • Ability to use a wide variety of IT systems such as MS Office suite, MS Teams, HR/Learning Management systems or similar customer databases.
  • Ability and experience of producing reports and analysis of data to identify trends, patterns and other observations.
