The starting salary is £19264 (Level One) rising to £19650 (Level Two) on the first year anniversary, subject to satisfactory completion of a probation period (pro rata for part time workers).

To complete a range of advanced horticultural, nature conservation and practical grounds maintenance; working to a high standard in line with historical, horticultural and aesthetical requirements within the management plans and Green Flag award standards
       
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS: 
  • Experience of working in a wide range of practical horticulture, nature conservation and grounds maintenance
  • Working knowledge of a wide range of horticultural, grounds maintenance and conservation mechanical and manual equipment
  • Able to work evenings and weekends as part of an annualised contract
  • A valid driving licence enabling the postholder to drive motor vehicles including ATV, vans and mowers
  • To be able to read and understand specifications, contracts, drawings and instructions including health and safety documentation, reports and calculations.
  • Able to work with a wider diverse site team for the achievement of a common goal
