The starting salary is £19264 (Level One) rising to £19650 (Level Two) on the first year anniversary, subject to satisfactory completion of a probation period (pro rata for part time workers).

You will provide a warm welcome, actively engaging and deliver outstanding customer service to all our visitors at Wollaton Hall & Deer Park, in our cafes, shops, museums and admissions.
     
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS: 
  • An interest and enthusiasm for museums & galleries and ability to convey this through excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Cash handling, operating a till and computer
  • Able to fully undertake all aspects of this varied role and work under pressure
  • An eye for detail and to be able to maintain excellent quality standards with a can do attitude
  • To be physically fit, able to work on feet all day and ability to work in a diverse range of places including shops, cafes, museums, at height and outdoors.
  • Able to work flexibly across all heritage museum sites including evenings, weekends and bank holidays
