Midday Supervisor - Permanent
Starting Salary: Grade 5, LCC structure Pay point 7

Ashmount School, Loughborough are looking for permanent Midday Supervisors to join our "Outstanding" rated school which currently provides education for 183 pupils aged 4 -19 with a wide range of learning disabilities.
This role is varied so we require resourceful, enthusiastic and flexible people to join our highly skilled staff team in providing high quality education and opportunities for our pupils. You should have an interest in working with children and be able to work in a high-pressure environment dealing with constantly changing priorities.

The hours of work for this post are 12:00 noon to 1:30 pm, Monday to Friday term time only.
• To supervise, feed and provide for the appropriate toileting needs of pupils during the lunchtime session as directed.
• To supervise pupils in and out of the school building.
• To ensure playground areas are suitably supervised, safe, stimulating and happy places for pupils and are left in a safe and tidy condition after lunch.
• To deal with behaviours in ways specified by the class teachers.
• To organise and run structured playground and indoor activities for pupils.
