Night care assistant post

1 x 25 hour post Permanent
      

Melton short breaks and supported living service provides support to adults with a learning disabilty - within  supported living setting and a short breaks service. We are seeking to appoint a  permanent night care assistant to provide person centred support - ensuring the emotional, physical and social wellbeing and rights of each individual.
  

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Willing to complete mandatory training required
• Flexible and positive attitude
• Experience of working in a care setting is desirable
• good communications skills
• Ability to assist with moving and handling
• Ability to work following a rota - including weekends and bank hoildays
