Swallowdale Primary School are seeking two Assistant Head Teachers to join the school from 23rd August 2022 to lead on a Key Stage and Core Subject each. These roles are two new positions within the school, therefore an exciting opportunity for two individuals to have the professional autonomy to shape and develop the roles within the school.
We seek individuals who are excellent classroom practitioners who can lead and model teaching and learning within the school and provide the best quality of education to our pupils and support for our staff.
The successful candidate will be someone who identifies with our mission and values as well as being someone who will be dedicated to working in partnership with other schools and colleagues across the wider Trust.
The ideal candidate will:
• Be an excellent teacher who engages pupils with their learning

• Be a good communicator that focusses on building relationships
