The Life Multi Academy Trust: Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) Key Stage 3/4 Teacher/Instructor of English Maternity leave cover, with the potential of becoming permanent Full Time, MPS/UPS/Unqualified Start date 25th April 2022 for 1 year in the first instance
  
Applications are sought from Teachers/Instructors with experience of working with students who experience a wide range of Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs and display a variety of
associated behaviours. The successful applicant will be proficient in teaching GCSE and Functional Skills in English, supported by the Head of Centre and Curriculum lead. The ability to teach creative
subjects such as art and music would be an advantage. There is an opportunity to develop and lead an agreed area of responsibility within the centre depending on interest/expertise.
    
We are looking to develop our core curriculum for both KS3 and KS4, and are seeking an enthusiastic, and creative person to join our growing team and further enrich it with their ideas and
expertise. The role will involve contributing towards EHCP reviews, liaising directly with families and outside agencies, and having a secure understanding of safeguarding. This is a truly unique
opportunity, to be a part of the ongoing design and development of our dynamic SEMH learning centre. An individual with a passion for providing opportunities for those students who need a bit
more support, and a resilience to deal with the challenges that that may present.
