We are seeking to recruit a part time Facilities Assistant to be based the Eastcroft Depot.  This is a fast paced role providing support to Eastcroft Depot and includes general FM duties, portage, moves, support to teams, reporting repairs, basic handy man duties.
Essential Requirements: 
  1. To undertake a visual inspection of the property at various times of the day whilst completing a schedule of tasks, identifying any areas that require attention and organising an appropriate response, providing information and assistance on facilities and services as needed.
  2. Liaise with contractors on site to ensure proper procedures are carried out relating to Asbestos, Legionella and Hot Works when work is being carried out.
  3. To provide support to other Assets & Facilities Management colleagues and respond promptly to requests from the Service Centre in order to improve the effective operation of buildings and to increase customer satisfaction.
  4. To build positive relationships across the team and beyond, towards citizens/internal customers and colleagues.
