Finance & Grant Management Officer
Fixed Term for up to Rolling one year contract, subject to annual funding (12 months)

Appointment Type: Full-time - 37 hours.  Suitable for job share.  Consideration for a part-time, minimum 22.5 hours may be given for the right candidate.
Salary Range £28,704 - £32,241 Grade 10

With a BTEC higher/NVQ4 in a finance/accountancy discipline and an AAT intermediate or advanced qualification you will have a proven track record of working in a multi-agency funding environment.  You should have a good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and be able to confidently manipulate data.  You should have appropriate accounting experience, such as budget preparation, budget monitoring and year end accounts, together with a good understanding of effective business systems particularly in relation to financial management.  This role will also incorporate supporting team members with the preparation of grant applications and leading on the preparation and submission of grant claims.
