Salary:£18,289 - £20,309 per annum (pay award pending) - Pro-Rata

OAK Trust is a local partnership of academies in south Leicestershire. The Trust was formally established in April 2018 and currently consists of one secondary school, two primary schools, one junior school, one infant and two pre-schools, with over 2,500 pupils and approximately 400 staff.
OAK Trust is seeking a highly skilled administrator to support the Finance and HR functions of the Trust central team.  You will be required to work closely with the Deputy Chief Finance and Operating Officer and Trust HR Manager, providing high quality finance and HR support to the Trust schools.
The ideal candidate will have:

~      Substantial experience of working in an administration role
~      Experience of establishing and maintaining effective clerical and administrative systems
~      Highly developed IT skills and meticulous attention to detail
~      Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
