Administrative Assistant  (Maternity Cover to start on 1st March 2022 for up to one year)- annualised hours 1272  per year (approximately 27.5 hours per week over 45 weeks)
  
We wish to recruit an efficient, highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our busy Adult Learning Business Support Team. The position will be based at Coalville , but will also involve cover at Hinckley  Library on a regular basis.  Business Support are the first point of contact for the Adult Learning Service and the people of Leicestershire who learn with us.
  
We provide a first class administrative service to a wide range of Adult Learning classes, which include classroom based and courses delivered online.
    
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
• NVQ in a relevant subject or equivalent level of relevant experience
• Experience of using Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel to a high standard.
• To be able and willing to travel to other bases within the locality
• An ability to work with a variety of colleagues and learners of differing background
