Customer Experience Associate
ESPO is a public sector owned professional buying organisation.  For over 40 years we have provided a wide range of goods and services to our customers in Education, NHS, Emergency Services, Local Authorities, Government and the wider public sector.
We have an opportunity for talented and passionate customer service professionals to join our team in Leicester.
Our team place orders, resolve enquiries and do everything they can to help our loyal and valued customers.
Previous experience in a customer facing role is required.  You must have a genuine desire to help our customers, be able to solve problems and be willing to take ownership for resolving enquiries.
Great verbal and written communication skills are essential as is a positive, flexible and resilient mindset with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues throughout our organisation.
Essential Requirements
 - Experience of working with customers (contact centre experience preferred but not essential)
 - Good IT Skills, including experience of working with complex systems to interrogate, record and resolve customer enquiries
 - Experience of working with colleagues to achieve results
 - Experience of managing workload and achieving targets
 - Fantastic verbal and written communication skills
 - Problem solving skills
