Salary Range £22,185 - £24,495 Pro-Rata
    
The purpose of role is to support users of applications across the Environment & Transport Department, through the maintenance of systems and the provision of training and reports.
     
Main Duties
  • Support users across the department with various software applications. 
  • Undertake User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of systems supported by the team. 
  • Undertake data entry activities, including the creation and update of asset information and data cleansing exercises. 
  • Administer general housekeeping and maintenance of the supported systems to ensure that information is of high quality.
     
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS: 
  • NVQ level 3 (or equivalent) in a relevant subject or GCSE grades A* to C in Maths and English with significant experience.
  • Must be able to work to tight deadlines and to agreed targets.
  • Experience of delivering training to groups and individuals. Will also be expected to put together training packages.
  • The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills.
