Do you know your Twitter from your TikTok? Do you love to write engaging copy for a range of audiences? Are you organised, a good communicator and able to re-prioritise your workload with little notice?

If you answered yes and you’re excited by a marketing role that offers variety while contributing towards making a difference to young peoples’ lives, then you could be who we’re looking for!

Lionheart Educational Trust has 11 schools across Leicester and Leicestershire – from Primaries through to Sixth Forms – as part of its family, all with a shared vision:

To ensure that any young person from any background has an equal chance to be successful in whatever they choose to do.

The central marketing team works hard to communicate that vision, as well support the schools with admissions campaigns from EYFS to post-16. The team also plays a part in offering marketing support across other sections of the Lionheart Trust, including Lionheart Teach (initial teacher training) and the EdTech Demonstrator programme.

It’s a fast-paced environment with never a dull moment, working on an inspiring student recruitment video one minute and content planning for social media the next. You’d join a six-strong team, including marketing co-ordinators, graphic designers and a videographer, led by the marketing manager.

If you’re up for a new challenge where you could truly make a difference, we’d love to hear from you.

For an informal discussion, or for more information about the role, contact Siân Kalidoski (Marketing Manager) on 0116 272 9100 or email sian.kalidoski@lionhearttrust.org.uk.

For a full job description and to apply, please visit: www.lionhearttrust.org.uk [use Trust website for Indeed advert and change URL to eTeach link for when advert is on Trust website].

Closing Date: Friday 3rd December 2021, 12 noon. We encourage you to apply as soon as possible as we may close applications early if we receive a high volume of candidates.

Interview Date: TBC.

Lionheart Educational Trust is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. All offers of employment are subject to an Enhanced DBS check (including a barred list check).

The Trust strives to be a diverse and inclusive place where all staff have a seat at the table: a seat to be free, a seat to inspire, a seat to challenge and a seat to succeed.
