Hours – full time, all year round.

WELCOME

We are recruiting for a HR Partner to become part of a new centralised HR service to the Lionheart Educational Trust.  We are looking for a CIPD qualified HR professional with experience of supporting managers and developing and embedding HR knowledge within management teams. 

The role will also provide the opportunity to be involved in the development of policy and guidance and Trust wide HR projects.

Like us, you will be driven to provide the Trust with a professional service through the development of strong relationships, clear understanding of the wider education context and the development of policy, process and CPD to support this.

THE LOCATION

Beauchamp City Sixth Form is a brand new Sixth Form based in Leicester City Centre, providing a high quality traditional academic A Level curriculum to 1100 students.

As part of The Lionheart Trust we are committed to ensuring that any young person from any background has an equal chance to be successful in whatever they choose to do.

Beauchamp City Sixth Form is less than a five minute walk from Leicester Train Station and so is ideally situated with excellent links to public transport.

There is free limited parking on site.

Travel to other schools within the Trust is required.

To join our professional HR Team, you need to have highly effective communication and administrative skills, experience of developing policy and guidelines and supporting managers in their use of them and preferably have experience working within the education sector.
