Lunchtime Supervisor Grade 4 - actual salary £3,468 per annum 8 hours 20 minutes per week – term time only – permanent (Hours of work are 12.20 pm – 2.00 pm Monday to Friday) Start date: as soon as possible.
  

We are looking for a positive and committed individual to join our small and friendly lunchtime team to supervise our students during the lunchtime period.
  

Responsibilities will include ensuring the students’ safety and welfare around the school site and maintaining an acceptable standard of student behaviour. As lunchtime supervisor you will enjoy working with young people and have the ability to engage with and motivate them, encouraging them to interact positively with each other and benefit fully from their lunchtime experience.
  

Teamwork is an essential aspect of this post and you will need to have good communication skills, along with the ability to use your initiative and work independently. Confidence in liaising with a range of professionals in school is necessary, as is a reasonable level of fitness.
  

Training and support will be given where required. Ibstock Community College is at the heart of the local community, serving families in Ibstock and the surrounding villages of North-West Leicestershire.

Having joined LiFE Multi Academy Trust in July 2021, we are at an exciting stage in our development with plans to expand from a Key Stage 3 (11-14) school to welcoming students from 11-16 from autumn 2022.
