Working Pattern: Monday - Thursday 8.20am - 4.35pm, Friday 8.20am - 4.05pm
Salary Range: £19,701 - £20,094  
The Driver Education Workshops has a vacancy for a full time Admin Clerk. 
This post involves acting as the first point of contact for clients offered the opportunity to attend a Driver Education Workshop; resolving a wide range of queries effectively and accurately.
The successful candidate must evidence their experience of working in a customer care environment.

Please note this position will involve working remotely initially with a view to working from our Thurmaston office in due course.
  • Demonstrating excellent customer care using a variety of communication methods
  • Experience of dealing with phone calls from difficult customers
  • Experience of accurately capturing, storing and retrieving information
  • Processing payments, including cash handling and credit cards 
  • Computer literate - especially a good working knowledge of MS Office
