Grade 8, Points 15 to 18 (£14,045 - £15,508).

We seek an enthusiastic, highly motivated and caring Higher Learning Teaching Assistant to join us at Swallowdale Primary School, on a permanent basis starting in January 2022.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone to join our support staff team. We are looking to appoint a well-motivated and enthusiastic person who is committed to delivering high quality provision to our pupils under the direction and supervision of the classroom teacher.

The ideal candidate for the role will have HLTA status (or QTS desirable) and experience of supporting planning, evaluation and delivery of learning activities in an educational setting. The ability to take direction from the Class Teacher to ensure all tasks and learning is undertaken, and to manage pupil behaviour within and outside of the classroom will be essential to being successful in this role.
