Our Growth Service sits at the heart of the council and is charged with co-ordinating delivery of this dynamic, high-profile agenda across the authority.
    
This exciting opportunity will set the digital ambition for the County. The role will support the Council’s priorities to boost economic growth, improve access to digital technology and support the transformation of public services will lead the development and delivery of a Digital Connectivity Strategy for the council recognising the role digital plays in the council’s aim to support growth and that it is a key infrastructure.
   
You will also oversee all project work within the Superfast Leicestershire programme, including the management of multi-million pound contracts with telecommunication suppliers and supporting the effective delivery of wider Council programme and project outcomes and benefits.
    
It is a permanent post will sit within the Economic Growth Team in the Growth Service at Leicestershire County Council.
