We have 2 permanent positions available as a Regulatory Services Support Officer.
The starting salary is £19,698 (level 1) rising to £20,493 (level 2) on first year anniversary, subject to satisfactory completion of a probation period (pro rata for part time)

To ensure the provision of an efficient and effective support service in respect of Regulatory Services. To provide administrative services to the Director, Senior Leadership Team, teams and individual officers.

  • To maintain computerised, manual, financial, personnel and client related information recording systems and carry out procedures required including the provision of statistical and other reports.
  • To assist with the preparation of documents and agendas for meetings, panels and other forums and provide administrative minuting services for formal and informal meetings as appropriate, progress chasing actions as required.
  • To assist with the administration of financial and budgetary systems including receipt, payment and security of monies, Purchase Card, raising orders and processing invoices.
