We now seek to appoint an additional Learning Manager based in South Nottinghamshire and covering East Derbyshire to join our existing team to coordinate learning programs.

• Could you implement, manage, and develop a bespoke and appropriate education program through creative thinking?
• Would you embed R.E.A.L’s values into the line management of staff ensuring their experience is positive and robust?
• Have you had experience in case management for young people?
The successful candidate will be seeking to engage in a role that empowers them to make an impact on young people’s thinking, driving change, making a difference.
You will be an experienced education professional with case management skills. With an emphasis on safeguarding young people with additional complex needs, you will provide exceptional learning opportunities and access to high quality teaching through the coordination of an exciting curriculum offer.
It would also be desirable for the successful candidate to have experience within Key Stage 2 and Key Stage 3.
