Salary Range: £28,704 - £32,241

The role of this post is to provide technical and administrative support to facilitate the project management, development and implementation of the County Council's Major Transport Projects and Third Party funded schemes and programmes.
   
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS: 
A BTEC in Civil Engineering (or equivalent qualification) or demonstrable experience.
Essential skills will be required as identified below:
  • Working in a highway engineering setting in relation to design, management, maintenance or administrative processes
  • Working in a commercial environment, delivering projects and programmes to time, quality and cost
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Building positive relationships across stakeholders, peers and partners, creating open and transparent relationships based on trust.
  • A customer focused approach where the customer experience is central to the delivery of the service
