Salary Range: £32,979 - £35,607 + 10% Market Premia (£3,560) (subject to review)
To provide highway development management advice to Local Planning Authorities on development proposals on behalf of Leicestershire County Council as Local Highway Authority.
  • HNC/HND/NVQ level 4 in relevant subject (e.g. Civil Engineering or Transportation), OR equivalent demonstrable work experience of highways development management or relevant other area of work
  • Experience in highway development management or land use planning
  • Knowledge of the planning process as it relates to highways and transportation
  • Knowledge of current legislation relevant to highways and transportation
