Technician (Fleet Services)
Salary Range: Grade 8 - £22,185 - £24,495pa
     
Job Purpose: To support the delivery of Fleet Services, including the technical information gathering for the Vehicle Workshop and wider service area. To liaise with customers regularly to ensure service standards are maintained.
    
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
 Working in an engineering setting, including design, management, maintenance or administrative processes in relation to Fleet / Vehicle Workshop
  • Working in a commercial environment and delivering projects and programmes to time, quality, and cost

  • Liaising with customers / clients using a variety of methods

  • Experience of accurately capturing, storing and retrieving information to meet customer and organisational and needs

  • IT in a design office/ business environment including Microsoft Office or equivalent software

  • Interpreting and writing technical and non-technical reports and providing technical advice or drawings
