We have exciting opportunities that have arisen to come and work for Charnwood Accommodation project Supported Living Service. The Charnwood Accommodation Project supports 8 individuals with Learning Disabilities across 2 sites.   
The role of a Support Worker will be responsible to key work,plan,monitor ,review and provide support packages for service users maintaining a high standard of support and care to people, ensuring their emotional, physical and social wellbeing needs are met, promoting rights and independence. The Support Worker will promote an environment in which service users are encouraged to retain control over their lives.    
• Effective Communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to Assist with Moving and Handling
• Ability to work with  people with complex
• To be flexible and responsive to meet the changing needs of the service
