The starting salary is £9,620 (Level One) rising to £9,672 (Level Two) on the first year anniversary, subject to satisfactory completion of a probation period.

Working as a Catering Assistant in our busy cafe at the heart of Gedling Country Park you will be responsible for serving a wide range of food and beverages with a small amount of food preparation, using the till, clearing tables and general cleaning within the unit.
   
The successful applicant will be required to work evenings, weekends and through the school holidays with shifts being any as these are the cafes busiest times.

   
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS: 
  • Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills
  • Must have a passion for hospitality and the ability to work with a smile on your face whatever the weather
  • Must have experience in working as part of a team and providing a great service
  • Must be smart, polite professional and well presented at all times
  • Experience in working in a hospitality environment is preferred but not essential
