Salary Range £20,496 - £21,750
An exciting opportunity has arisen to work to assist in the coordination and management of a newly developed Integrated Care Co-ordinator Team, whilst maintaining a high-quality responsive customer service. The successful applicants will be responsible for supporting the Target Operating Model and establishing positive relationships, to include ASC Service Managers and Care Pathway Teams, Health Professionals, ASC Finance, Business Support Managers, Admin Team Leaders, ICT, Health & Safety teams. You will be motivated to take forward service improvements, deliver high quality performance, and service delivery within the responsibilities of the role.
You will be required to undertake a variety of administration tasks to support the care coordinators and management. You will need to be well organised and confident in all Microsoft packages such as excel, word, powerpoint and outlook. You will also assist with generating reports from SystmOne to enable the team to deliver proactive care.
You will be updating excel spreadsheets for each care coordinator and reporting to the team leaders to contribute towards meeting the teams KPIs and service outcomes.
  • NVQ Level 2 Business Administration or equivalent administrative or secretarial qualification or equivalent level of demonstrable and relevant experience of working in an administrative field
  • The preparation / production of reports, spreadsheets, correspondence and other documentation
  • Using Microsoft Office including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point to a high standard
  • Experience of developing and maintaining computer-based and manual record systems
  • Organising tasks to meet competing priorities
  • Arranging and servicing meetings- minutes/note taking and producing minutes of working with staff , service users, visitors etc. at all levels both internal & external
