We are seeking to appoint a friendly, reliable Administration Assistant to support the Student Support Team in the provision of day to day admin duties. These duties will include student reception, use of MIS system, liaising with parents and external agencies, as well as general clerical duties such as photocopying, to enable the smooth running of the Department
  
The post holder will be joining a busy school where no two days are the same and we are looking for a skilled individual who is energetic and efficient, with good communication skills and the ability to multi-task. They will also be able to work flexibly to support the needs of the Student Support Team and have the ability to work on their own initiative to develop positive relationships with colleagues and the wider school community.
